True, but those messages will have a blank line at the end to
designate the end of the headers.  So my program won't bother them.
If there are any that send out messages that don't include the blank
line at the end, I haven't seen them yet.

That would work as well, but since I haven't come across any non-spam
messages that fit this description, I would rather just remove them so
my users don't have to see them.

I don't see any point in fixing malformed spam.  I just see it as a
way to block even more junk mail destined for my users.
