I was having the same problem with Hotmail a couple of days ago (log
saying that the mail got through without it ending up in the users
inbox nor me getting a bounce). The problem seems indeed to be on
their end. However, I doubt that posting a complaint with them will
help...
It's unlikely that they'll fix their configuration/blacklist/whatever.
