We came across Hotmail's postmaster site, where one can also access IP-based statistics about mail deliveries. Here is the URL if anyone is interested in further pursuing delivery problems with Hotmail: http://postmaster.live.com You can sign up for IP-based statistics on this site under: Smart Network Data Services.
