Message was sent from a windows IMAP client, Outlook Express, which sent the message via authenticated SMTP, and then moved it up to the server's sent folder. The message got archived into the sub-folder when I logged into SqWebMail. The windows client host is also time synced by NTP and in the same timezone as the MTA.
