To answer my own question, yes.  .mailfilters/rcptfilter in the alias
virtual mail file space can be used to reject email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
and to @domain_name, while .mailfilters/rcptfilter-default gets applied
to everything else.

A little experimentation .....
