Is there any single place were the operational effect of various exit codes is summarized? The effect of exit codes for external programs run from a .courier file is well summarized in the dot-courier(5) man page, exit codes for maildrop in embedded mode are described in localmailfilter(7), but what about EXITCODE settings for maildrop in delivery mode? I can't find a reference to this anywhere.
