I'm assuming you want to use Microsoft SQL Server in place of MySQL for his
accounts.  By "speaking" I assume you mean you have either FreeTDS or ODBTP
libraries installed which allow you to run SQL queries from your Linux box
against MSSQL.  Assuming that a command line tool exists to execute queries
(something equivalent to the actual mysql command), you could use authpipe (
http://www.courier-mta.org/authlib/README_authlib.html#authpipe) to this
end.  Your other option would be to dig into authcustom and create a library
of your own that makes direct use of FreeTDS or ODBTP.

Of course, AFAIK, you'll be the first to try any of this so it's all
uncharted territory...
