If MS SQL can replicate to MySQL, one can create on one side and 
authenticate on the other. For replication, perhaps see

The latter is the former interpreted as an affirmative answer and 
erroneously localized into Italian by a script attempting to be fault 
tolerant by answering in all known languages when exceptions are thrown 
out of the Windows.
