While this would technically solve the problem, it's not a very good long term solution IMHO. It would require him to keep up with all the IP Addresses Google Apps uses to send out email not to mention Hotmail and Yahoo, who wants to do that? And if the blacklist is bold enough to list major webmail providers you've got to believe they'll blacklist other servers like AT&T, Comcast, Verizon, etc. To each his own but I have better things to do with my time...
