Since you have mailfromok, this implies that the MAIL FROM for Google
is not valid according to your settings. As explained in the note in
http://www.courier-mta.org/courier.html#SPF mailing lists without a
good SPF setting won't work if you check the "From" header.

IMHO there is no reason to discard softfail (~all) while allowing
neutral (?all). I cannot find google in http://spf-all.com/
