It might be enough to add softfail to each line. However, that won't work
with SPF-agnostic mailing lists, where you'll get sporadic false positives.
Thus you can set

opt BOFHSPFHELO=pass,unknown,error,none,neutral,softfail
opt BOFHSPFMAILFROM=pass,unknown,error,none,neutral,softfail
opt BOFHSPFFROM=all

The last line performs the lookup but accepts the message in any case. You
can then safely discard SPF-failed bounces, e.g. checking empty Return-Path
with a maildrop recipe.
