The postinstall script in courier-authlib calls authmigrate, which users
makeuserdb, which doesn't exist because courier-authlib-userdb isn't
installed yet, so it produces an error:
/usr/libexec/courier-authlib/authmigrate: line 83: /usr/sbin/makeuserdb:
No such file or directory
Right now courier-authlib-userdb depends on courier-authlib. Perhaps
instead courier-authlib should depend on courier-authlib-userdb, so that
the latter is installed first ane makeuserdb is available?
