That's true. But it's already too late. When you are receiving mails from an IP registered into a URIBL, You will have 2 solutions: - either you reject everything: mails are not delivered at all. All senders will receive technical mails explaining what's happening. - either you drop everything from the source. If it's a spammer, you don't have to go further. If it's a legitimate email server, mails will be stored on the sender's side. The postmaster will be able to get off the URIBL and then flush its queue. Mails will be delivered late, but delivered.
