name.
The other problem I have is PULLING our mails from our ISP Server in Italy
into the separate mailboxes in our Courier Server here.
I have tried FETCHMAIL, but I am not too happy with it. Do you have any
suggestions? I will deeply appreciate it.

You need to understand and configure DNS, before running Courier. Are 
you familiar with MX records?

May I ask you why don't you receive your mail directly at your server's?
