I must be missing some trivial config switch, as everyone else seems to be successful relaying through smtp.gmail.com using TLS and SASL. I'm using courier 0.53 on Ubuntu installed via the courier-mta and courier-ssl packages.
Any idea what I've missed here? For some reason courier doesn't seem to be checking the esmtpauthclient file. Are there any switches I can enable for more debug output? ESMTP_LOG_DIALOG=1 does not seem to have any effect.
