Hi,

it's fairly easy to use DKIM with Postfix. OpenDKIM can simply be used 
as a milter.
I'm using Arch Linux so I use 
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/OpenDKIM but any search engine with 
"Postfix" and "OpenDKIM" shoud help.
