I wrote:

I solved the problem by no longer using the NAS. I got a new USB
Diskarray which is fine like a builtin local disc.

Maybe the problem was time syncronization with the NAS. I always had the
problem that when i touched a file the date of the file was a few
minutes in the future. Maybe sqwebmaild was worried by that too. Even
running ntpdate on the NAS didnt help, as it didn't set time correctly.
