Yes, I now that it is possible to have up to one posting alias per
person. My question was how I, the administrator, can set up this alias
for another person by calling the couriermlm executable. For subscribing
a person I can execute couriermlm sub, but what should I use for adding
a posting alias?

There is no direct couriermlm command for it. However you can send a blank email message to list-alias-subscribe-user=example....@domain.com with the subject line being the alias address.

u...@example.com will still receive the usual confirmation message, then needs to be acked, in order for the write-only alias to be activated.
