I wonder
- do you really NOT have Drafts folder? (the list should say that)

The only folder IMAP requires is one called "INBOX". IMAP servers are not required to support the existence of any other folder. The protocol provides the means for the server to tell the IMAP client which folders exist on the server, and how the folders should be named, and the client is required to follow the server's folder naming conventions.

Courier-IMAP partitions the folder namespace such that all the folders in the mailbox are prefixed by "INBOX."; and any public or global folders, depending on the configuration would be prefixed with either 'shared.' or '#shared.'. The drafts folder in the mailbox, if one exists, would be called "INBOX.Drafts".

- what do other IMAP servers tell in such case so IOS accepts it?

The same thing that Courier-IMAP does: where the folders exist, and where they can be created. Different servers will have different naming conventions. It's the client's responsibility to comply with the server's folder naming scheme.
