Thanks.   What I think would be nice to have is a text block that can be
copied to software distribution that includes reference implementation.
Currently, the srfi text copyright block does not list all of the authors
of code.  They are listed in the Acknowledgements section, but that isn't
technically a part of "the above copyright notice and this permission
notice" in the license text.
