I provided my code with a licence that was meant to be the same as
everything else (whatever that is).  In my case, I provided implementations
for gaussian random numbers, ellipsoid random numbers, and the Zipf random
distribution. (these appear in generic hypervector spaces, such as machine
learning & deep learning.)
