Hey Ricardo - I agree, coffee is never enough. The university has a
Costa Coffee nearby, I'd love to be able to pursuade them to open up a
smaller one in the coworking space too!

Magazine subscriptions is an interesting one - I have thought about
perhaps offering O'reilly's Safari digital bookshelf as an option  -
that's some immensely useful content :) Bookcrossing is a wonderful
idea - something I hadn't considered, but that could also help deepend
the bonds between ersidents and draw in others from outside !

It might be useful to  talk to local car-on-demand companies like
WhizzGo about shared vehicles - there's also a local government
sponsored car sharing service too...great ideas Riccardo :) Come and
see us if you're ever in the area!
