Great redux, thanks Tara!

Another point that we discovered when creating our rates was that it
was silly to create a chinese menu of membership options. Keep it
simple. It wont fit for everyone. We are open to new membership models
being proposed and if they make sense, working them in. But at the
same time, there are so many corner/edge cases, trying to appeal to
EVERYONE is impossible.

I'll keep an eye on this to see if any more notes come in from other
spaces on their rates.
