Just wanted to let y'all know that I added basic pricing structures (not
extras or what they include) to the wiki for reference:

http://coworking.pbwiki.com/PricingExamples

I get loads of inquiries into how to price. We did the basic economics. How
many desks x $x = Cost to run the space. But others may want to make a
profit. The general membership model seems to work for alot of spaces, too.
Selling more part time drop ins (like Indy Hall's $175/month) seems to be a
good model, too. You can almost guarantee that the times when everyone will
be there is rare.
