Hey Robin, I would actually almost agree with the counselor. Our space is 1350 ft2...and is a bit small, but not too far off. I would shoot for between 1500-2000 ft2 depending on the interest. We fit 8 permanent desks and room for 10 more floaters in our space.
$15psf? Wow. Nice. The market in SF is about $30-45psf.
