I agree with Tara, it should be free. This is like any marketing expense, if you are successful and create enough awareness you may get two three more clients. Getting prizes from sponsors is also a great idea. I saw all the stuff Indy Hall had from Belkin, although I'm not sure if it was donated, lots of that type of stuff would make great prizes. If you have partnered with somebody like the UPS Store maybe you could get them to offer a free 6 month P.O. Box.
