We've been using our conference room for longer telephone calls. One
of our members is a freelance reporter who can be on the phone for up
to an hour.

Our problem is less with people who are too noisy, but everyone seems
to be too cautious about talking. We're still finding our way and it's
easier to loosen up than tighten up.
