Hello everyone, I work with Affinity Lab near downtown. While we do focus on creating a space and environment for collaboration, we also welcome the coworking community to join our space. In fact, I would say the environment and offerings at Affinity Lab are very similar to most other coworking spaces. At this point, we do not have any full-time desk spaces open, but we still offer virtual memberships at a lower rate. You would have access to common work space, the conference room, our industrial copier/printer, the kitchen, and any other Lab offerings (similar to any other virtual membership). It sounds like this is the option that would best fit your needs.
Furthermore, we are in the midst of planning an expansion into another location near the Union Station area. There is a huge city development project in that area named NoMa (North of Massachusetts), and we're going to be right at the border between that and the new H street corridor. We'll be offering full-change and virtual memberships at that location as well. Chiqui, I would encourage you to visit us at some point and get a feel for the vibe. We're a very social and welcoming community. It might be exactly what you're looking for, it might not. Mr. Cohen, I would encourage you to drop by as well. We're always interested in meeting new people and exchanging ideas.
