Lots of good stuff in Tony's comment, do that ;). In terms of the people already coming in to visit; offer them a chance to drop by the next day or during the week for a free trial day so they can get a better feel for the place, noise, coworkers, etc. We signed a bunch of people that way, kind of like a test drive. I find most people who are interested enough to drop by are then mostly worried about noise (most coworking spaces are loft like places (gorgeous space btw, congrats!)) and who are the other members.
That's something we don't do enough ourselves but ask for contact info and maybe organise drinks or a lunch or something with current and interested members so they can meet and, again, get a feel for who the group will be.
