congratulations!

To answer your questions - based on early experience (we just opened
October 1).

We have 8 members so far and only one is full time....(we're growing
though!)
Most of the people considering it are looking at part-time membership
-- which I prefer as I think that'll be more profitable for us in the
long run AND as Alex says -- create a better mix of new blood coming
in and out of the facility.

We figured it out at 1 person per 100 square feet.
This is consistent with a break even / profitability formula Tara put
out there some time ago (which was immensely helpful for us).
