I've had this conversation with a number of space owners and it's
really about how you want to run the place.  As Tara illustrated,
different styles and life situations dictate different needs.  At
Office Nomads we "hired" an office manager from day one.  My good
friend Eric Von Blon opens the space every morning (mon-fri) and
either Susan or myself comes in sometime thereafter and stick around
to close up.  Originally it worked out great because Eric needed to be
in the space for his job and recently it's gotten interesting because
even though he was laid off from his paying job he still comes in
every morning to open up.  How to replicate this is uncertain and
we've had to think about that seriously because our arrangement might
now work for Eric's next job.  We'll address that when it comes.
