Same here at Office Nomads. Susan and I sit behind the front desk and show people around when they come in. We have a few phones around that we pay for and we have a main line and a fax line. As for individual phones, if someone pays for a dedicated desk we can work with whatever service they decide. We don't add a lot as a middle-man so we decided to not get into the phone business. As for noise, this is an office not a library.
