My name is Genie Z. Laborde and for the last 20 years I have been trying to teach some members of Corporate America how to interact with people with respect and pleasure. Of course, some do this naturally and some don't. My book and seminar are both called "Influencing with Integrity" . Recently I learned about coworking and find the concept fits right in with my life's work. Since our seminars are taught around the world, I thought it would be fun to teach a group here in Palo Alto free and watch how they use these skills as their businesses grow. Our research shows bottom line impact. We have a board room in our building that would work beautifully as part of a larger coworking space that is available now. The one story building is architect designed and has lots of light and space. Month to month leases. The lease includes free coffee, tea, kitchen, garden, patio. board room, waiting room and educational presentations by experts on business topics. I am open to negotiating prices and lease terms. Present tenants in the adjacent building are: a publishing company, a seminar firm, a construction coampnay, a non-profit, and a psychiatrist. We will work out the rules of the coworking part as a group. You may choose to work collaboratively and maybe not.
