Hi Molly.

Can I ask the name and model of keypad you installed? Does it provide sign
in and out records for additional security?

Are there any other suggestions for security that other spaces are using?

Thanks!

Our tenants have 24/7 access to our space. We put a keypad on the
front door of the suite, and each tenants uses a numeric code they use
to get in. That way they can come and go as much as they please
without us needing to be here all the time (my business partner Heidi
and I both work part-time only), and it also makes it easy to "turn
off" someone's access when they end their contract with us. As a side
benefit, since our tenants are mostly women, they feel safe being here
at night since they are behind a locked door.

Everyone who works here is used to turning off the lights or whatever
if they are the last one to leave, and doing the reverse in the
morning if they are the first ones in. Although we don't have a ton
of evening and weekend traffic, we do have some, and I agree it's a
total bonus on top of the "regular" business hours.
