We installed a Trilogy DL-3500 mortise lock. It records sign-in
information, and you can hook it up to a computer to download records
of what's happening, though we haven't done that (we thought we would,
but we haven't really needed it). It doesn't have sign-out
information, so we couldn't use it to automatically track office
usage. Otherwise it's been working great for us. When we expanded to
a 2nd suite we installed the same keypad again.

Our evening group tends to be similar to our daytime group, because
most of it is comprised of folks who are using the space on a 12pm -
8pm shift. Our therapists find that lots of people want after school
or after work appts, so they work a later shift than the typical 9-5.
We also have an occasional group meeting that runs in the evenings
(7-9) in our conference room.

Alex, I'd love to hear how/where you're going to advertise or talk
about your new "night shift" idea. We have a lot more people here
during the day than at night, and it would be great to get more usage
out of our space in the evening hours.
