Hi Ken! Our methodology is pretty simple: if we are going to be involved in the meet-up personally, we typically host after-hours events free of charge and just enjoy the extra exposure our space gets for having new folks come in.
If we are not involved in the event, we typically screen by the following: -Whether Jacob or I are free to "babysit" the event while they're here (aka do we want to give up an evening/weekend day for this event?) -Does the event jive with who we are and what Office Nomads is all about? If the answer is "yes" to those two pieces, we're usually stoked to have small groups in the space. We're limited to how many we can have in the conference room (up to 20 or so people), and typically charge anywhere from $100-200 for an evening event. Hope that helps!
