Hi everyone, I'm in the process of setting up a new space (in Melbourne, Australia, via http://www.urbanworkspaces.com). The resources in this group, the wiki, and the many blogs set up around existing spaces have been of great help. However, I'm aware that there might be stuff that "I don't know that I don't know".
I thought it might be useful to have a single thread where space owners could take just a few minutes to list three things they wished that they'd known, anticipated, or been made aware of, before setting up their space. This would help new owners from making some mistakes because we didn't know what questions to ask, or making the same mistakes that others have already made and that we can all learn from. Thanks in advance. Hopefully I'm only a few months away from being able to add my own lessons to this list!
