Up to now, the most important three things for me is: 1. Where do you want to go in the future? It determines pretty much your marketing and communication strategy and what people you want to get in your space. 2. What is your competitive advantange? No, we don't want to compete(at least in the future), but as the absolute pioneer and the first co-working space in town, I need to give my customers some reasons to come here and experience this new concept. 3. How do I stimulate the creativity, connectivity and establish a community?
