Patrick, We have 14 full time desks and 8 floating desks scattered amongst them. The full time desks don't need reserving, but the others do, and their daily makeup is a blend of lite and basic members, and dropins. We currently have 7 lite members, so if ALL of them were to show up at the same time we'd be OK, but out of room for basics and dropins. It's rare that they're all there at the same time, but it has happened.
We've also got the conference room, and a few couches & a lay-z boy. Yesterday one of our lite members came by without a reservation and took a couch in the lounge, knowing that if we were full that'd probably be the case. We keep having new potential members showing up too, which is great, I just have to tell them that there aren't any upgrades available right now. Our full time waiting list is 6 deep, too.
