Strangely enough we felt a surge right at the end of 2008, and have not yet seen a significant jump in 2009. We've seen steady growth, but no huge jumps so far this year. That said, I'm confident that numbers will continue to climb - we've seen consistent interest and are giving tours of the space daily, which feels great!
