I do notice that most of our colleagues here have an expertise in a field but that the real estate and "legalize" stuff can feel pretty daunting. Some feel the marketing is the challenge. Taking the "one bite at a time" philosophy to it's natural extension - start with what you know: what would YOU like in a coworking community?
