Not able to watch the video yet, but we do the iterative thing here at Gangplank as well for 2 reasons 1) That's what we use in our day job at Integrum for everything 2) It works
It’s the whole "How do you eat an elephant?" problem. If you take it down to what is the simplest thing you can do next to move the project forward, you're being productive.
