Congrats on the opening!

Noticed that you have a coffee kiosk. Multiple spaces have been talking
about putting in a coffeeshop, could you talk more about how you're
structuring this? Are they renting from you?

It's good to see your space including artists and filmmakers. Broadening the
concept of community allows you to collectively face the unique challenges
that confront all independent workers, not only those in the tech sector.
