I own an office space in San Francisco Soma district. My tenant is leaving and I'm thinking of using this opportunity to convert it into a coworking environment. I've had an idea how I want to do it for a while but this is first time when I'm actually going to pull a plug and go from renting a space to one tenant to creating a community. I'm looking for other space owner's experiences making this transition. The space is about 1000sf and furnished for 6 people. While I love the space, my tech business is in another space so I wouldn't be present day-to-day.
