Again not to discourage but also Outside the Cube just opened in Potrero and there is a social venture one coming in September I think in mission district, but I might be wrong. Two things: 1. If you are not going to be onsite, who will be. Creating a good community I'd important to success and you need someone to welcome clients, introduce them, etc. 2. Maybe just sublease the space to a couple of tenants instead of launching a coworking space. I think you have quite a bit of competition in a tough economy.
