Hi. As one of the few architect/designers in this coworking sphere, I'll chime in. I've had very very few architects or other building- industry designers here in my 16 months of operation. So, collaboration is zilch. Basically, this group of freelancers or micro- size firms just won't pay for space.
As for what works, are you asking about size of spaces, desks, and the physical construct?
