thanks for posting this, chad. it's good to know what my pending
competitors will be doing as i prepare to enter the toronto market.

i'm concerned with how they've presented the opportunity, and share
some of the reservations that have been posted here. i am curious to
know how they respond, given that this particular group could be their
harshest critic on the matter.
