Our offices are very popular, and for the most part, it's because I
sold them as part of a group membership: 1 office plus 2+ desks. Only
1 office person is a solo entity. The office allows people to have
more meetings impromptu without waiting for a meeting room or
whatever. We also have the offices face out to the open bullpen and
have that entire side of the office as full-height glass. But for
sure, had we not a few offices, we wouldn't have been able to bring in
these groups.

...and of course, when an office isn't being used as an "office", it
becomes yet another meeting room. Quite popular here.

Storage: we use mobile pedestals, which are those below-desk drawer
units on wheels. That's our "locker", which naturally gets used often
and remain locked for many people. I guess my take on the whole
"cubby/locker" thing is that because they're not at a desk, or don't
organizer/store pens, files, etc., those lockers don't get used.
