EcoConnoisseur, these are some great questions. Thought we might add
some more to consider:

-Do you host any kind of networking events?
-How are you promoting your members to each other?
-We think have "permanently" unstaffed space is a mistake. If you want
to grow participation and awareness, someone with a vested interest in
those ideas should be there to make them happen.
-Are you offering any kind of referral incentive?

These were just a few things The Concierge Office Suites is doing to
promote our coworking members. We're sure there are more ideas, but
these were top of mind. Look forward to reading other posts.
