When we first started, we were probably 90% male technologist. Today, we're fast approaching a much healthier 60/40 split between men and women (it has gotten noticeably better in just the last 6-9 months), and the industry spread has taken a pretty big swing in the favor of diversity. I took a SUPER fast snapshot of some of the highlight industries from our membership roster, and while I'm sure there's some obvious duplication, it includes some interesting stuff, too:
